Charity Golf Tournament for the Utah Food Bank
This year Red Mountain Technology Solutions was proud to sponsor Hole 15 for the Major’s Cup Open at the Green Springs Golf Course in Washington City Utah. The tournament was put on by the Washington City Rotary Club to help the Utah Food Bank. Red Mountain provided a cool zone with rocking chairs, cold drinks, and misting fans for the hot golfers to have a place to retreat from the July desert sun. In addition to providing the drinks and shade, we provided a look in to the new technology that we provide to business in the area and beyond.
This year we featured a “Drone Drop”. where golfers could make a donation to the Utah Feed Bank and we would fly the ball to the Tee with a drop and were live streaming the video feed through our DW Spectrum iVMS server running in the demo/adventure van. The video was showing on a large TV with zoomed in video of the green, the drone video, panoramic video of the Tee Box and more. 100% of the donations were to the Rotary club and went to the Utah Food Bank. It was a fun time to meet with local businesses and enjoy the outdoors.
